We started developing, designing and maintaining websites in 2011, simply because we enjoy doing it. We began simply going into shops and talking with the owner, or the person in charge of the website, about what improvements they would like on their website.
We were surprised at the number of problems, and also by the fact they mostly seemed to originate in the communication between customer and website builder. We also found that when any change to the site meant a bill for the customer, this discouraged maintenance and updating.
We wanted another approach, and decided we would offer to develop a technically excellent website, suited to the client’s taste, for a (relatively) low once-off fee. We combine this with a low monthly fee to allow for permanent assistance, continuous updating, and regular maintenance.
To cap all this, we decided we do not need long-term agreements, so that cancellation of all our monthly subscriptions is effective immediately.
This formula was so successful that in a very short time, our passion turned from a hobby to a full-time job, employing a team of several website builders to serve our clients.
